Where Your Home and Backyard Dreams Become a Reality

Affectionately nicknamed “Beesontown” after its founder Henry Beeson, the town’s July 4, 1776 birthday is shared with the one of the most important days in our country’s history: the ratification of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Uniontown is steeped in history, being just a stone’s throw away from where Fort Necessity was built by George Washington in 1754 during the French and Indian War. Also known for its role in the Underground Railroad, town residents helped many slaves escape North to freedom up until the time of the Civil War in 1861.

Uniontown, in 1967, went on to be known as the birthplace of McDonald’s Big Mac sandwich. This former milling and mining town, has become a beautiful city that incorporates the old with the new.  History buffs can tour original homes, such as the John S. Douglas House and the John P. Conn House as well as enjoy the Uniontown Downtown Historic District. Being surrounded by such spectacular architecture inspires us to help residents create their own stunning indoor and outdoor spaces to be enjoyed for years to come.
