I was on the market for a spa. I didn’t know a whole lot about them just that I wanted one and a good one! I looked up reviews and such online and then decided maybe I should just try a local dealer. We had done some initial research and had a good idea of what we wanted, but being able to visit the store and see a wide variety of tubs on display was helpful. The delivery was on time and went smoothly. Chad was extremely helpful in helping me set up the hot tub and in giving me the knowledge and guidance I needed. Being a first time hot tub owner, I was a little nervous about the chemicals - Chad was most helpful -- I did not feel overwhelmed with the chemicals - specifically the amount and frequency with which to use them. I subsequently had questions and concerns - Chad was always quick to respond to my emails with the answers. My husband and I LOVE the hot tub and use it as often as we can."

"We purchased our hot tub from Koval Supply in Morgantown, WV during the depth of winter. Every aspect from delivery to getting it running was a challenge. The service manager, Chad, had our hot tub delivered an installed in a timely manner and more smoothly than we expected. Even my husband who is a contractor and is extremely vigilant about high quality service, was left impressed. We had an extremely thorough introduction on the features of the hot tub and feel that any future issues can be easily addressed by this company. Even better than the quality service is the hot tub itself. I don't think anybody will be disappointed in the number and variety of jets, plus the features that adjust the flow in different ways.
